A former Meta software engineer published a tutorial showing Muse handling his Instagram DMs automatically, so he can deal with his inbox without opening Instagram.
Copy this to Muse and replace the [brackets] with your own details:
Every day at [8 pm], go through my Instagram DMs: answer routine questions using [my reply template] and send me a list of the ones that need me personally.
Paul just said, "file my unsubmitted pet medical bills," and Muse logged into the website, dismissed the cookie prompt, and submitted all five bills totaling $1,504.72 to the pet insurance company.
He asked Muse to do something about spam calls, and it filed FCC complaints against the hundreds of numbers in his voicemail.
He asked Muse to contact his utilities about account changes. It got through the phone bots to a human rep in about four minutes, and when they needed him directly it brought him into the call efficiently.
Finding Muse's feed light at about one item every two hours, he had Muse build a custom news tool that scans Hacker News, Techmeme and high-signal X accounts hourly, filters against his criteria and alerts him to anything urgent. He says it works really well so far.
